Junior Consultant – Strategy & Value Chain Transformation

About the role

Join KPMG’s Value Chain Transformation team in Turin as a Junior Consultant, helping leading companies redesign their operating models and drive digital transformation across the extended supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign processes, organizational structures and evaluate new technologies to modernize operating models, especially within the extended supply chain.
• Develop business cases, assess expected benefits and monitor performance before and after transformation.
• Lead and coordinate complex business and digital transformation programmes, including program, project and change management activities.
• Design target operating models for client organisations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering.
• Strong organisational and teamwork abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple complex tasks.
• Excellent command of English, preferably with international study or work experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
