About the role
Join Bosch's Controlling department in Milan as a Junior Controller Intern for a six‑month, full‑time experience. You will gain hands‑on exposure to administrative and controlling processes that support business growth and financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing and monitoring budgets, focusing on monthly reporting and budget‑vs‑actual analysis.
- Support the implementation and stabilization of the new S4Hana system.
- Observe and contribute to controlling processes that drive future business decisions.
Required profile
- Thesis student or recent graduate in Economics.
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
- Flexible, precise, motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and good interpersonal communication.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
