Junior Corporate HR Generalist

About the role

Mapei is seeking a Junior Corporate HR Generalist to join its Corporate HR team in Milan. You will work in an international, dynamic environment, supporting a range of HR operations and processes across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Support Corporate HR operations and manage HR processes across the Group.
• Review and manage General Managers’ expense reports through SAP Concur, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Provide user support for HR systems and help resolve operational issues.
• Assist with global mobility activities, including visa, immigration, A1 certificates, posted‑worker notifications and travel documentation.
• Help manage recruitment processes via Oracle HCM, aligning with Corporate HR guidelines.
• Participate in HR systems activities, data quality monitoring, reporting and process standardisation.
• Contribute to Corporate HR projects focused on digitalisation, process improvement and HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS or ERP platforms such as SAP Concur, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
