Junior Country Manager – Italy

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Country Manager to lead Kapten & Son’s expansion in Italy. You will be the local champion, adapting our brand, products and communications to the Italian market while acting as the bridge between Italy and our international team.

Key responsibilities

• Localise marketing content – product pages, campaigns and ads – with cultural precision.
• Build and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers across fashion, lifestyle and everyday culture, overseeing gifting, ambassador programmes and performance.
• Run the Italian Instagram and TikTok accounts, adapt global assets and create original visual and video content.
• Analyse market and performance data, provide clear recommendations and implement optimisation measures focused on ROI.
• Collaborate closely with Country Management, Marketing, E‑Com and Content teams as the central link for the Italian market.

Required profile

• A‑levels or a completed degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• First experience in influencer marketing, content creation, brand management or e‑commerce.
• Native Italian speaker with deep understanding of local trends and cultural codes.
• Strong visual sense and awareness of social‑media formats and emerging trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on attitude and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving remote environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English for internal communication.
