Junior Demand & Distribution Planner – Fixed-Term

About the role

Based in Milan and reporting to the Worldwide Demand & Distribution Planning Manager, you will monitor daily production deliveries and shipment distribution. Your work will ensure that seasonal and permanent products are replenished correctly across Brioni stores.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily stock allocation by coordinating with production, customer service and logistics teams.
• Guarantee on‑time delivery of goods from the central warehouse to stores, respecting strategic dates and capacity constraints.
• Prepare weekly and periodic reports on production progress and delivery status, flagging potential issues early.
• Forecast shipping volumes for central and local warehouses and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Use and maintain planning software, analyse its output and ensure reliability.
• Optimize existing processes and tools, and conduct data analysis for logistics KPIs.
• Assist the team with all activities related to the demand planning process.

Required profile

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling large data sets and producing meaningful insights.
• Proactive problem‑solver, flexible, organized and target‑oriented.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Stealth) is a plus.
