Junior Designer

About the role

As a Junior Designer based in Milan, you will join Zegna’s Design Team to help develop creative concepts for upcoming luxury menswear collections. You will work closely with senior designers, contributing fresh ideas while learning the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in creative research and trend analysis for new collections.
• Produce detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications covering colour schemes, construction, materials, and accessories.
• Support the Design Office with day‑to‑day tasks and assist during design meetings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design intent is accurately communicated.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Fashion Design.
• Strong sense of luxury aesthetics and creativity.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to create precise technical drawings.
