Junior Developer - Mobile & Web

About the role

Dermaself is a deep‑tech startup that uses AI to analyse skin from selfies and deliver personalised skincare routines. We are looking for a Junior Developer to work on both mobile and web components of our AI‑powered platform. You will collaborate closely with the CTO, turning product ideas into functional features that run on a Flutter mobile app, a React‑based web interface and a Shopify‑integrated storefront.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for the Flutter mobile app and React (or similar) web front‑end.
• Integrate device capabilities such as camera and sensors for image capture and preprocessing.
• Implement UI components, animations and responsive layouts to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Consume REST APIs, handle JSON parsing and manage basic data persistence.
• Debug, test and improve stability across platforms.
• Own features from implementation through release, incorporating feedback and performing code reviews.
• Stay current with Flutter and web development best practices and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience or solid personal projects in mobile and/or web development.
• Enthusiastic about learning fast in a startup environment.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with senior engineers.
