Junior Digital Verification Engineer

About the role

Join Bosch Sensortec’s international semiconductor team in Milan and help shape the next generation of consumer and automotive integrated circuits. As a Junior Digital Verification Engineer you will verify advanced mixed‑signal and System‑on‑Chip ASICs using state‑of‑the‑art methodologies and AI‑assisted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reusable verification environments to ensure first‑time‑right quality and accelerate silicon bring‑up.
• Apply functional and formal verification techniques to validate digital designs early in the development cycle.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple global locations in a diverse, distributed development environment.
• Participate through concept definition, design, verification and qualification phases, contributing to innovative semiconductor solutions.
• Document and continuously improve verification processes, methodologies and best practices.

Required skills

• ASIC verification methodologies (UVM, formal and directed verification).
• Development and debugging of verification environments for mixed‑signal or SoC designs.
• Simulation and EDA tools, analog and mixed‑signal modeling (wreal, MATLAB/Simulink, SystemC).
• Power‑aware verification (UPF) and scripting/automation using Python or Tcl.
• Interest in AI‑assisted verification workflows.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary €35,000‑€40,000 for a 40‑hour week.
