Junior Field Sales Representative in Napoli

About the role

Barilla is seeking a motivated Junior Field Sales Representative to join its commercial team in Napoli. You will work closely with trade and sales colleagues to grow retail store sales, manage store‑level relationships and ensure Barilla products achieve their sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the field sales strategy in assigned stores, meeting volume and net‑sales objectives.
• Execute in‑store promotional plans, sales activities and new product launches according to Barilla’s blueprint.
• Maintain optimal shelf allocation and product presence across the portfolio.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships, understand shopper needs and present new offerings.
• Provide market insights and feedback to the sales leadership team.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, determined and able to work independently to achieve targets.
• Valid driving licence held for at least 36 months.

• Driving licence (minimum 36 months).
