Junior Field Sales Representative – Latina

About the role

Barilla is seeking a motivated Junior Field Sales Representative to join its commercial team covering the Latina area (Latina, Aprilia, Terracina). You will work closely with trade and sales teams to grow retail store sales, manage customer relationships at the store level, and ensure the brand’s presence aligns with the sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the field sales strategy in stores, achieving volume and net‑sales targets for assigned points of sale.
• Execute in‑store promotional plans, sales activities and new product launches according to Barilla’s blueprint.
• Ensure optimal shelf allocation and in‑store presence of the Barilla product portfolio.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, understand shopper needs, and present new products.
• Provide market insights to the sales leadership team and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics for Business or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with curiosity for market trends.
• Proactive, determined and able to work independently to meet targets.
• Valid B driving licence held for at least 36 months.
• Previous experience in trade and sales is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

What we offer

• Gross annual base salary (RAL) of at least €32,000, in line with the national collective bargaining agreement.
• Performance‑based incentive plan.
