Junior Financial Controller

About the role

As a Junior Financial Controller at a key production site of Stellantis, you will support the economic management of the plant, ensuring cost efficiency and financial transparency. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse production costs, efficiency, and variances between standard and actual figures.
• Prepare and follow up budgets, mid‑term plans, annual forecasts and monthly revisions.
• Produce financial reports, dashboards, KPIs and ad‑hoc analyses for group consolidation.
• Control direct and indirect costs, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, advising managers and supporting digitalisation and reporting automation.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, finance and HR teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, Business or Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of experience in industrial controlling, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and rigor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
