Junior Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Financial Controller to join the Finance Team at the headquarters of a leading multinational manufacturing company in Bolzano. In this entry‑level position you will support the team in monitoring profitability, preparing forecasts and ensuring project financials align with targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business profitability by market and product.
• Participate in month‑end close, business planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and analyse commercial and project figures to ensure consistency with targets.
• Track KPIs related to project execution and assess their impact.
• Support the preparation of business plans for new tenders, from data collection to report packaging for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in auditing or accounting.
• Ability to work in an international team and willingness to follow a structured training path.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
