Junior Generative AI Engineer

About the role

As a Junior Generative AI Engineer you will join Reply’s AI practice to turn cutting‑edge research into production‑ready solutions for leading market clients. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with senior engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to deliver high‑impact AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise state‑of‑the‑art generative models (GPT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) in real‑world workflows.
• Translate theoretical AI concepts into scalable, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advances in generative AI and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration pipelines.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Python development, preferably through academic projects or internships.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong curiosity for generative AI topics like prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent automation.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly within multidisciplinary teams.
