Junior Global Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

Muviq is looking for a Junior Global Cyber Security Specialist to join its worldwide Cyber Security team. You will support the protection of information assets across multiple international sites, working closely with internal IT teams, external providers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and supervise external cybersecurity providers to detect, assess and respond to threats.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, including vulnerability assessments and basic risk analysis.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with cyber‑security and information‑security standards.
• Help develop and keep up‑to‑date security documentation, procedures and internal awareness activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security or a related field, or equivalent certifications.
• At least 0.5–1 year of experience in a cyber‑security, information‑security or IT‑related role.
• Good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems and information‑security principles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
