Junior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on an internship basis. You will support the Human Resources department in recruiting, employer branding and talent acquisition activities, working closely with the Senior HR Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle: draft job ads, publish vacancies, screen CVs and coordinate interview steps.
• Conduct proactive candidate searches, perform fit‑rate analyses and reach out to potential talent.
• Support the management of recruitment channels such as CRM systems, LinkedIn and direct search tools.
• Help design and implement employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition policies.
• Collaborate with business areas to understand staffing needs and contribute to project staffing plans.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field.
• Strong interest in HR processes, recruitment and project coordination.
• Fluent Italian (native) and English (minimum B2).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation abilities.
