Junior ICT Support Specialist (Protected Categories)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior ICT Support Specialist to join our technical team in Collegno. The position is reserved for candidates belonging to the protected categories defined by Law 68/99 and offers a hybrid work model with the possibility of remote work after the training period.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to internal users and teams.
• Assist in the basic management and maintenance of server and client environments.
• Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
• Document technical activities and procedures.

Required profile

• Member of the protected categories (Law 68/99) and resident in Turin.
• Minimum English level A2 and Italian level B2.
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or a related technical field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem‑solving aptitude and a genuine passion for IT.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash and Python (advantage).
