About the role

The Junior Key Account Manager (KAM) Off‑Trade will be responsible for growing Bacardi’s presence in the grocery and off‑trade channel across the North‑East region. You will work closely with retail buyers, trade marketing and the sell‑out team to increase revenue, market share and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

Manage key customers in the Off‑Trade channel.
Lead commercial negotiations with buyers and retail chains.
Implement commercial and promotional plans.
Analyze sales KPIs, P&L and market share.
Develop strategic customer relationships.
Coordinate with trade marketing and customer marketing.
Work closely with the sell‑out team.
Forecast, budget management and monitoring.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field (post‑graduate degree is a plus).
Previous experience in sales or grocery retail, preferably in spirits or beverages.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

Strong negotiation skills.
Sell‑in / sell‑out data analysis.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
