Junior Pre‑Sales Engineer – Mobile Material Handling (Graduate Program)

About the role

As a Junior Pre‑Sales Engineer in the Graduate Specialist Program at Bosch Rexroth, you will join the Sales Material Handling Mobile team in Nonantola. Working in a truly international environment, you will support customers by combining cutting‑edge technology with hands‑on application engineering to drive innovation in the mobile material handling sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the full Bosch Rexroth Mobile portfolio, including hydraulic components, electronics, software, electric motors, inverters and IoT services.
• Collaborate with the local Application team and headquarters in Germany to share best practices and support continuous growth.
• Lead projects from defining technical specifications together with customers to on‑site implementation support.
• Monitor market trends and advise customers on optimal solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in sales engineering and customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nonantola and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic components.
• Understanding of electronics and software integration.
• Familiarity with electric motors and inverters.
• Experience or interest in IoT services and connected solutions.
