Junior Producer – Content Factory

About the role

Prada Group is seeking a Content Factory Junior Producer to support brand campaigns, video and photo productions from planning through delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to create compelling content for brand, e‑commerce and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor projects throughout the end‑to‑end production process.
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, filmmakers, artists and editors.
• Work with the e‑merchandising team to plan and track e‑commerce activities.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, scheduling and executing production activities.
• Scout and source internal or external resources for content creation.
• Support negotiations with freelancers and review contracts.
• Build and maintain a network of photographers, model agencies, stylists, artists and illustrators.
• Organise business trips and off‑site production activities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in content creation and production within fashion companies or production agencies.
• Previous experience in e‑commerce production is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
