Junior Project Manager – Audio/Video Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join M‑Cube’s Operations & Delivery team. You will be responsible for planning, leading and executing audio‑video projects that support our in‑store digital engagement solutions, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives and schedule, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Support the design of audio and video solutions, including hardware such as LED walls, amplifiers and speakers.
• Coordinate internal departments and external partners/sub‑contractors for scheduling, procurement, configuration, shipment and installation of digital signage systems.
• Organise and lead project status meetings, steering committees and project reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables, manage risks, handle non‑compliances and escalate critical issues.
• Collect business needs, translate them into internal requirements and ensure proper documentation (equipment lists, pictures, diagrams).
• Maintain the internal CRM and cloud‑based project data to guarantee accuracy across the organisation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers to define, plan and deliver project tasks.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Required skills

• Knowledge of audio and video hardware (LED walls, amplifiers, speakers).
• Experience with digital signage installation and hand‑over processes.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.
