Junior Sales Engineer – Industrial Hydraulics (Graduate Program)

About the role

As a Junior Sales Engineer for Industrial Hydraulics you will join Bosch Rexroth's sales team in Italy. Based in Casalecchio di Reno, you will manage direct customers in the Center‑South region while participating in a structured Graduate Specialist Program that provides both technical and commercial training.

Key responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for direct customers in the Center‑South area, focusing on industrial hydraulic technologies.
• Analyse market data and gather insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Build strong relationships with the local application team and headquarters, sharing best practices and coordinating technical solutions.
• Participate in sales negotiations and support pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
• Collaborate with the Graduate Specialist Program training at the headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio to develop technical expertise and soft‑skill competencies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in industrial hydraulics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Willingness to travel within the Center‑South region of Italy.
