Junior Sales Manager – Spanish & Portuguese

About the role

Simonelli Group is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager fluent in Spanish and Portuguese to support commercial development across assigned markets. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or young professionals who are curious, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, multichannel coffee business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with distributors on sales plans, marketing activities, and product promotions to boost sell‑out performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthening the company’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and strategic partners such as coffee chains, roasters, and corporate customers.
• Create joint business plans with partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Explore cross‑channel synergies across Ho.Re.Ca, specialty coffee, training academies, events, and other strategic channels.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and channel dynamics to provide actionable insights.
• Travel regularly to assigned countries to meet distributors, customers, and prospects, and to support local commercial initiatives.
• Represent Simonelli Group at trade fairs, distributor events, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in sales and the coffee industry.
• Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad and represent the brand at events.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.

• Base salary ranging from €27,000 to €32,000 per year, plus variable bonus.
