Junior SEO Specialist – Global Website Team

About the role

Amplifon is looking for a data‑driven Junior SEO Specialist to join its Global Website Team in Milan. You will help shape the company’s organic growth strategy across a multilingual digital footprint, bridging marketing goals with technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits (crawlability, Core Web Vitals) and translate findings into actionable tickets for developers.
• Implement SEO strategies for emerging Agentic AI platforms (e.g., SearchGPT, Perplexity) ensuring content is LLM‑friendly.
• Track, analyse and report on organic traffic, rankings and conversion metrics.
• Communicate SEO performance, wins and challenges to global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of professional SEO experience (agency or in‑house).
• Full professional fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
• Experience with global/multilingual website environments.
• Interest or experience with generative AI and its impact on search.
