Junior Software Developer – Management & Orchestration

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a Junior Software Developer to help build the next generation of management and orchestration solutions for its product portfolio. You will work in a Lean‑Agile, multi‑functional team, contributing to all phases of development from analysis to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in agile development cycles with a focus on product quality and user satisfaction.
• Engage in the full design flow: analysis, coding, integration, verification, deployment, and documentation.
• Increase knowledge of AI‑related technologies using state‑of‑the‑art tools.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, partners, and cross‑functional teams.
• Continuously improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and fix internal and customer‑reported bugs.
• Integrate open‑source projects, automate tests, and support CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or a related field.
• Understanding of software architectures and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Linux, cloud environments, and DevOps tools.
• Experience or interest in generative AI and test‑driven development.
• Strong teamwork spirit, creativity, and good command of English.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
