Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Caracol is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its rapid international growth. You will work closely with hiring managers and the People team to attract, assess, and hire talent across multiple functions and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules, support hiring decisions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain a positive, transparent candidate experience that reflects Caracol’s culture and values.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, including recruiting events, university partnerships, and content creation.
• Track recruitment metrics, keep data accurate, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in employer branding and improving candidate experience.
