Key Account Manager – Construction Equipment

About the role
SANY Europe is building a dedicated European Key Account Department to strengthen cooperation with major customers across the region. As a Key Account Manager you will develop and manage strategic relationships with rental companies, construction groups, dealers and other stakeholders in the heavy construction equipment market, focusing on excavators and related machinery.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic customers, building long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and influencers.
- Identify and develop new key accounts, driving direct sales of excavators and other heavy equipment.
- Create and execute account plans to meet sales targets, increase market share and support dealer performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, relaying insights to product and R&D teams.
- Collaborate with dealers, service, product and technical teams to ensure the right solutions are delivered.
Required profile
- Proven experience in heavy construction equipment sales.
- Strong key‑account management capabilities with a track record of growing strategic relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business with major customers and distribution partners.
