Key Account Manager – EMEA (Cooling Solutions)

About the role

We are a leading multinational manufacturer of electric motors, seeking a Key Account Manager for our Cooling Solutions business across the EMEA region. You will drive new business, manage existing accounts and shape commercial strategies to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers, markets and applications.
• Analyse customer needs and propose suitable product portfolios and commercial offers.
• Prepare quotations, optimise price lists and monitor profitability.
• Define and execute customer strategies together with Sales Management.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support marketing activities, exhibitions and customer training.
• Report sales results, market trends and customer status regularly.
• Assist the Sales Manager with data analysis, forecasts, price releases and production quota definition.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Production Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in refrigeration or electronics.
• Fluent/advanced English; a third language is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time contract.
• Gross annual salary €35,000 – €45,000, commensurate with experience.
