About the role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for the EMEA region to drive commercial performance with our strategic sportswear partners. You will be the primary liaison for selected wholesale and licensee teams, ensuring brand standards, assortment strategy, and seasonal goals are met across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day relationship management with key wholesale partners and licensee commercial teams.
- Negotiate orders, commercial terms and in‑season adjustments while monitoring forecasts, sell‑in performance and stock levels.
- Track sell‑out performance, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare seasonal business reviews for leadership and partners.
- Support pricing and margin strategies to maintain competitive market positioning.
- Prepare market‑ready sales campaigns, showroom appointments and compelling product presentations.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and Supply teams to align product availability and delivery timelines.
Required profile
- 5‑7+ years of sales or key account management experience in international sportswear companies.
- Strong understanding of wholesale dynamics, partner management and seasonal sales cycles.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with performance data and KPIs.
- Deep knowledge of the EMEA market and key retailers.
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to operate with agility in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
