Key Account Manager – Enterprise Growth

About the role

ShippyPro is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth within its existing enterprise portfolio across Italy and Europe. This field‑based position focuses on building strong relationships, uncovering expansion opportunities, and helping customers scale their logistics operations using our shipping technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Identify and pursue upsell, cross‑sell, and geographic expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers’ operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure maximum platform adoption.
• Track and report measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, new channel adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact, delivering consultative guidance and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise account management or B2B sales, preferably in logistics or SaaS.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into growth initiatives.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel.
