Key Account Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions (Italy)

About the role

Getronics is looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and expand relationships with enterprise clients across the Italian market. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand strategic goals and deliver tailored IT, cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Own and expand enterprise accounts, building long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Engage C‑level executives and IT decision‑makers through consultative, solution‑based selling.
• Identify, qualify and close new opportunities within existing and new enterprise clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional priorities.
• Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions and high‑value deal closures.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution architects, service delivery and marketing teams to design optimal client solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and account planning.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT services, managed services, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong ability to engage and influence C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management and deal‑closing skills.
• Deep understanding of the Italian enterprise IT market.
• Hunter mindset combined with strategic account‑management capabilities.
• Established network within the Italian or international enterprise sector; connections in the financial industry are a strong plus.
