Key Account Manager – Industrial Fluid Solutions

About the role

CEME Group, a leader in fluid management solutions, is seeking a Key Account Manager for its headquarters in Trivolzio, Italy. You will be the primary technical and commercial liaison for OEM customers and partners, driving sales growth and ensuring successful integration of our products into their machines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for OEM customers and distribution partners, set KPIs and negotiate contracts.
• Act as the main technical reference, providing customized solutions and handling critical issues.
• Collaborate with customers' Technical and Quality departments and with internal R&D, Marketing, and Technical teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasting, project pipeline and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Travel more than 50% of the time to meet customers and partners.

Required profile

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage (HO.RE.CA & Vending) sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, curious and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Background or strong interest in Mechatronics.
