Key Account Manager Italy

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for Italy, you will act as the trusted advisor for top restaurant partners, helping them grow on Glovo’s platform. You will combine data‑driven insights with industry knowledge to optimise partnerships and deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
• Understand partners’ goals and challenges, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Analyse performance data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
• Lead revenue growth through promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customised solutions.
• Own the partner onboarding process in the app, from store setup to the first days of activity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Native‑level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven problem‑solving and proven ability to exceed KPIs.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
