About the role
We are seeking a passionate and self‑motivated Key Account Manager to drive growth with our existing client base and generate new business opportunities. The role requires a detail‑oriented team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with customers, internal partners, and decision‑makers.
- Identify, implement, and execute strategies to grow and develop existing accounts.
- Generate new business by prospecting and presenting tailored solutions.
- Prepare and guarantee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
