Key Account Manager – Offline Channel Sales for Italy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to own and grow the offline retail strategy for a fast‑growing smart‑home brand in Italy. You will build the offline channel from the ground up, establishing strategic retail partnerships and driving brand visibility across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the offline channel sales strategy for Italy, focusing on consumer‑electronics chains, hypermarkets, and local stores.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key retail partners to ensure sustainable growth and strong product presence.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with major retailers, distributors, and regional partners.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless product launches, merchandising optimization, and effective promotions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing movements, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
• Achieve sales targets, increase market penetration, revenue growth, and market‑share expansion.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong network and proven experience within the Italian retail channel landscape, especially consumer‑electronics retailers, hypermarkets, chain stores, and major distributors.
• Demonstrated experience in consumer electronics, 3C products, smart‑home devices, or related technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of the Italian retail ecosystem and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Track record of building and managing key accounts with sustainable sales growth.
• Ability to work independently from a home‑office environment with strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
