Key Account Manager – Spanish & Italian Speaking

About the role

Yarowa, an InsurTech company with Swiss roots, is looking for a motivated Key Account Manager who is fluent in Spanish and Italian. You will work closely with insurance companies and service providers, helping them use our digital B2B platform for order management and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and further develop the service‑provider network.
• Oversee key client relationships, especially with insurance companies.
• Collaborate with platform users to enhance functionality.
• Onboard, train, and provide ongoing support to platform users.
• Participate in testing and quality‑assurance of new features.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian, native or near‑native Spanish.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Initial experience in provider‑network management (insurance, brokers, online platforms, or real‑estate).
• Strong affinity for digitalisation and IT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting client relationships.
• Strong conceptual thinking and implementation abilities.
