Key Lead (Part-Time Floor Supervisor) - Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead (part-time) for its Hollister store in Marcon. The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly. As part of the store leadership team, the role drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory or management experience required.
• Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2).
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays, with longer hours during peak times.

The full-time equivalent starting rate is EUR 28,692 per year (40 hours per week); the starting rate may be modified in the future. Job offers are subject to completing the applicable work visa formalities.
