Kitchen Porter – Hospitality

About the role

RH Hospitality is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support daily kitchen operations in its high‑volume restaurant environment. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized back‑of‑house area so the culinary team can deliver a world‑class dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and organization across dish stations, ingredient storage, trash collection, and other back‑of‑house areas.
• Clean all plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware and utensils efficiently and to RH’s high standards.
• Assist with daily food preparation, inventory organization and other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Support safety and food‑handling standards throughout the kitchen.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high‑volume, full‑service culinary environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Legal right to work in the country of employment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable shifts.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming guidelines.

Required skills

• Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg and perform frequent stooping, bending and reaching.
