Learning and Development Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver strategic learning initiatives for its global planning teams. The role focuses on building capabilities that align with the company’s planning priorities and drives measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs that support organizational planning goals.
• Translate the L&D vision into actionable plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Assess training needs across global planning functions and create professional development plans.
• Oversee the Spectrum training platform, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal usage.
• Facilitate delivery of learning content in online, in‑person, and hybrid formats.
• Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and business impact, reporting results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
• Lead change‑management efforts through targeted learning interventions.
• Gather and analyze Voice of the Customer feedback to refine L&D strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, operations, or a related planning function.
• Proven project‑management track record delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable learning solutions.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.

Required skills

• Spectrum training platform (or similar learning management system)
