About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for a 55+ community in Naples, FL. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Collect and record resident information at move‑in and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize the CRM system for lead management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Support on‑site events and collaborate with the property team to enhance resident experience.
