About the role
Greystar is seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional to join its Naples, FL team. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents and will help drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing and leasing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Maintain high resident retention rates.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure seamless resident experiences.
