Leasing Professional – Hammock Park

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives for Hammock Park, a mid‑rise community in Naples, Florida. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
• Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to engage with prospects, qualify leads and conduct property tours.
• Experience handling application processing, credit and background checks.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing lease documents and move‑in paperwork.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends.
