Legal Specialist – Contracts & Litigation

About the role

Dainese is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its Legal Department, focusing on both contract management and litigation support. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, external counsel, and business stakeholders to protect the company’s interests across a wide range of commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts covering commercial, marketing, sponsorship, retail, e‑commerce, procurement, logistics, R&D, IT, finance and real estate.
• Provide legal support throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and mitigation of legal and commercial risks.
• Assist in the management of domestic and international litigation, disputes and pre‑litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel and shaping legal strategies.
• Collect and organise documentation, evidence and contractual records required for dispute resolution and settlement discussions.
• Monitor legal proceedings, deadlines and claims, ensuring timely follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities with external law firms, manage departmental budgets and maintain document archives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, with exposure to contract and litigation management.
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, contract and litigation law.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in an international environment.
