Lifestyle Concierge – Season 2026

About the role

As a Lifestyle Concierge for the Lake Como EDITION, you will craft memorable, personalized experiences for guests staying at our luxury lakeside resort during the 2026 season. You will become an expert on the local area, forge partnerships with community providers, and inspire guests to explore the best of Lake Como.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of local attractions, events and services.
• Design and deliver customized itineraries and experiences that reflect each guest’s preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, tour operators and cultural venues.
• Educate fellow team members on local insights to ensure consistent guest service.
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, uniform standards and confidentiality.
• Complete required paperwork, documentation and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Cadenabbia di Griante.
• Creativity and initiative in curating unique guest experiences.

• Gross annual salary between €25,316.20 and €28,640.00 (pro‑rated for part‑year employment).
