About the role

Join the Lake Como EDITION team as a Lifestyle Server for the 2026 season. You will be part of a luxury hospitality environment that blends striking design with Italian warmth, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables and ensure dining areas are prepared to high standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety protocols.
• Uphold company policies, quality standards, and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in food and beverage service.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €24,700 and €26,000 (pro‑rated for part‑year employment).
• 13th and 14th month payments included in the salary.
