Logistic Coordinator

About the role

The Logistic Coordinator supports daily logistics operations, including inbound, outbound and internal material flows. The role monitors order status, coordinates shipments, assists with inventory monitoring and back‑order management, and ensures accurate logistics data in the ERP system while collaborating with planning, production, purchasing and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations (inbound, outbound, internal flows)
• Monitor order status to ensure on‑time and in‑full delivery
• Assist in shipment coordination and delivery follow‑up
• Support inventory level monitoring and stock accuracy checks
• Help manage backorders and past‑due orders
• Maintain logistics data accuracy in ERP systems
• Prepare basic logistics reports and KPI updates
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse teams
• Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing and inventory counts
• Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, safety and quality standards

Required profile

• High school degree
• Leadership skills with strong team management and development
• Result‑oriented and analytical mindset
• Strong initiative and ownership of duties
• Goal‑oriented problem‑solver
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply‑chain processes
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles
• Residence within 30 km of Forlì preferred
