Logistic Operations Planner

About the role

Kering is seeking a Logistic Operations Planner to support the transformation of its end‑to‑end supply chain. Reporting to the Brand Value Chain Senior Team Leader, you will design and govern distribution networks, maintain logistics master data, and ensure accurate planning across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Logistics Master Data in SAP, including customers, routes, calendars, lead times, and locations.
• Support the design, standardisation, and implementation of Distribution & Logistics Master Data Management (DMM) procedures.
• Ensure the reliability of promised lead times for order drop management, target stock level calculation, and on‑time delivery measurement.
• Monitor outbound delivery creation, collaborate with AMS teams, and optimise job scheduling.
• Manage pick‑up plans, aligning operational capacity with transportation requirements and service level commitments.
• Continuously analyse and update lead‑time data to improve planning accuracy and real‑time performance monitoring.
• Contribute to logistics projects, including the evolution of DMM within the new Target Operating Model at the Trecate facility.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives and ensure seamless implementation.
• Support AI Control Tower proof‑of‑concept to monitor warehouse performance from order drop to pick‑up.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across brands, central functions, and regions.
• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain environments, preferably within a global luxury or fashion context.
