Logistics Operations Intern (Hybrid, Milan)

About the role

Join Moleskine as a Logistics Operations Intern and support the end‑to‑end management of inbound and outbound flows. Working in a hybrid setting from Milan, you will collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating sea, road, and air transportation.
• Track shipments and prepare operational reports using Excel and SAP.
• Collect, verify, and update logistics data.
• Support the preparation and management of logistics and transport documentation.
• Interact with freight suppliers, forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Contribute to basic transportation cost analysis.

Required profile

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Academic exposure to business, operations, or supply‑chain topics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of import and distribution logistics processes.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
