Logistics Specialist

About the role

Venchi is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to join its Supply Chain team at the Milan headquarters. The role focuses on monitoring outbound logistics flows and supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient and reliable distribution across commercial channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily outbound shipments and order planning, helping define fulfillment priorities.
• Interface with warehouses to ensure smooth operations, track progress, manage issues, and support the preparation of operational reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate external warehouses, monitoring picking, shipping and co‑packing activities in line with commercial priorities, with occasional on‑site presence.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to control shipments and stock flows, identify and manage discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to the analysis of logistics KPIs, tracking volumes versus forecast and supporting operational planning.
• Assist in stock control activities, including cycle counts and periodic inventories, helping resolve discrepancies.
• Support order upload and tracking for B2B digital channels.
• Participate in logistics cost and flow analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Management Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and monitor KPIs.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Interest in supply chain and logistics processes.
