Logistics Trainee

About the role

Join the Richemont Italia Logistics team as a Logistics Trainee, reporting directly to the Warehouse & Import Manager. You will support daily warehouse and operations activities while gaining exposure to inbound/outbound flow analysis and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse inbound and outbound logistics flows.
• Assist Warehouse and Operations departments with inbound, import, and staff sales tasks.
• Support invoicing processes.
• Help implement sustainability best practices to improve packaging and reduce CO₂ emissions.
• Coordinate with Export, Transport, and other shared‑function teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong organizational skills and resilience during peak periods.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or similar digital/analytics tools (a plus).
