Luxe Supply Market Manager – EMEA & APAC

About the role

Airbnb Luxe is seeking a senior leader to drive supply growth across its most desirable destinations in EMEA and APAC. You will own the regional strategy, coach a team of market managers, and ensure the portfolio of extraordinary homes meets the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion.
• Define and execute the end‑to‑end supply strategy for the region, prioritising acquisition, host quality and portfolio optimisation.
• Design and scale acquisition programmes, including direct outreach, luxury real‑estate partnerships and property‑manager relationships.
• Identify untapped markets and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Champion the Luxe brand by maintaining rigorous quality standards and supporting high‑end host relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a commercial or luxury‑market environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering growth in diverse, fast‑evolving markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, both internally and externally.
• Ability to coach team members through complex negotiations and market launches.
